Growing up in the kitchen, Chef Joseph's mother taught him how to count using chicken cutlets, while his father showed him how to select the perfect marbled steak. Joseph’s passion for cooking was ignited early and there was no turning back.
With this energy, Chef Joseph dove headfirst into New York’s dynamic culinary scene, where he was fortunate enough to have one of the greatest chefs in New York 'David Waltuck" be his introduction in to the fine culinary world. He then went on to work under many great chefs in Crafted Hospitality. All this gave him the confidence and abilities to take the helm of Vinile Chophouse.
You won't find him without a dope New York hat, or without his signature calm, cool, and collected demeanor. They say enjoy what you do and you'll never work another day in your life. Chef Jo lives by that every day.
